You will work independently to identify qualified professionals who match specific job requirements, using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment tools.
What you'll do
- Manage recruitment requirements across both IT and Non-IT sectors and various industries
- Review and screen applications received through the company's recruitment portal
- Conduct preliminary screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications, communication skills, professional interests, and overall suitability
- Verify essential candidate information, including current compensation (CTC), expected compensation, notice periods, relevant experience, and availability
- Build, develop, and maintain strong candidate pipelines for assigned vacancies
