About the role
You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the development and deployment process. You will also leverage AI-powered tools to improve test creation, analysis, and defect investigation. Alongside hands-on technical ownership, you will mentor QA engineers, influence testing standards, and provide data-driven recommendations on release readiness.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for new features and software changes, including test scoping, risk assessment, test coverage, and release readiness
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests across API, user interface (UI), integration, and regression testing
- Plan and execute load, stress, and performance tests for high-risk transactional workflows, including order processing, matching and settlement, account balances
- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and communicate actionable findings and recommendations to engineering teams
- Apply AI-powered tools to accelerate test generation, result analysis, and defect triage, and share effective practices with the wider team
