(Sr.) QA Engineer

About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. The (Sr.) QA Engineer will play an important role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web applications, software platforms, and APIs. Working as part of an Agile Scrum team, you will collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Project Managers throughout the software development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Perform system testing on new applications and existing software to verify that functionality meets design specifications and project requirements
• Conduct regression testing following application updates and software enhancements to identify unintended impacts or defects
• Design, write, execute, and maintain test cases for web applications and platform APIs
• Maintain and manage manual and automated test scripts, as well as test databases
• Review specifications, business and technical requirements, and design documents, providing timely and actionable feedback
