About the role
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead quality assurance activities for a major Customer Communication Management (CCM) and document management system replacement project. In this 50% part-time freelance role, you will define and oversee the testing strategy, ensuring that the new platform delivers accurate and reliable document outputs.
What you'll do
- As Test Manager, you will take ownership of the overall testing approach and ensure that all activities are properly planned, coordinated
- Develop and own the test strategy and test concept for replacing the existing Customer Communication Management (CCM) platform
- Define and manage legacy-versus-new system comparisons, ensuring documents are generated using identical data streams across both environments
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and control all testing activities from initial design through implementation
- Work closely with the Product Owner, development teams, solution architects, and business departments to align testing objectives and priorities
