Sleep Test Specialist (S1)

About the role

In this remote opportunity, you will help patients successfully complete their at-home sleep tests, contributing to more accessible and convenient sleep apnea diagnosis. You will serve as a key point of contact throughout the patient journey, providing guidance, answering questions, and encouraging timely test completion.

What you'll do

• As a Sleep Test Specialist, you will support patients throughout the at-home sleep testing process
• Contact patients through phone calls, emails, and SMS to provide clear instructions and guidance on completing their sleep tests
• Answer patient questions, address concerns, and resolve obstacles that may prevent successful test completion
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach in all communications
• Proactively follow up with patients who have received their testing kits but have not yet completed their tests
