About the role
In this senior functional role, you will work across subscription management, charging, invoicing, and financial processes. You will help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical billing and customer data throughout migration and integration activities. Working closely with business stakeholders, SAP specialists, architects, and technical teams, you will translate business needs into reliable functional data solutions.
What you'll do
- In this role, you will contribute to SAP BRIM data analysis, migration, reporting, and governance activities
- Analyze and support SAP BRIM data structures and business processes across Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI)
- Support data-related activities covering customer accounts, subscriptions, billing, invoicing, payments, and receivables management
- Identify, investigate, and help resolve data quality issues across SAP BRIM environments
- Develop and maintain source-to-target mapping documents, data transformation rules, validation procedures, and reconciliation documentation
