Talent Sourcer

This is an opportunity to contribute to the growth of technology companies by identifying and connecting them with talented professionals. As a Talent Sourcer, you will focus on building candidate pipelines across software engineering, data science, product management, and hardware disciplines.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, professional communities, and other online sourcing channels
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach messages that generate interest in relevant opportunities
• Conduct initial candidate screening to assess professional experience, availability, and interest in potential roles
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand position requirements and continuously improve sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and activity records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
