About the role

In this role, you will provide post-production support to clients across multiple industries, ensuring their payroll systems operate efficiently and reliably. You will troubleshoot complex payroll issues, enhance existing configurations, and deliver tailored solutions that meet evolving business needs.

What you'll do

• Deliver high-quality Workday Payroll support and solutions to clients across multiple industries, helping meet, enhance, and optimize their business requirements
• Work directly with clients to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday Payroll issues as they arise
• Provide post-production support, ensuring payroll processes remain accurate, efficient, and aligned with client expectations
• Manage multiple client requests and support tickets, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet service commitments and deadlines
• Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll challenges and recommend practical, effective solutions
