About the role
Operate blister packing machines (e.g., CAM, IMA, Uhlmann, ACG Pampac, etc.) as per production plans. Set up machine parameters for forming, feeding, sealing, and cutting. Perform line clearance, changeovers, and cleaning as per SOP. Ensure correct batch coding, leaflet insertion, and packing configuration.
What you'll do
- Operate blister packing machines (e.g., CAM, IMA, Uhlmann, ACG Pampac, etc.) as per production plans
- Set up machine parameters for forming, feeding, sealing, and cutting
- Perform line clearance, changeovers, and cleaning as per SOP
- Ensure correct batch coding, leaflet insertion, and packing configuration
- Monitor the quality of output (blister sealing, batch number, missing tablets, alignment, etc.)
