About the role
Operate granulation equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), Multimill, Sifter, and Blender. Execute batch manufacturing activities as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR). Monitor critical process parameters like mixing time, binder addition, drying temperature, and moisture content.
What you'll do
- Operate granulation equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), Multimill, Sifter
- Monitor critical process parameters like mixing time, binder addition, drying temperature, and moisture content
- Perform machine cleaning, line clearance, and changeover as per SOP
- Coordinate with QA for in-process checks, environmental monitoring, and batch approvals
