About the role
Operate tablet coating machines (e.g., Gansons, Neocota, Bectochem, Accela Cota, etc.) as per BMR instructions. Set process parameters like inlet/outlet temperature, spray rate, pan speed, and exhaust airflow. Prepare coating solutions/suspensions and verify the materials used as per SOP. Perform line clearance, cleaning, and changeover of equipment before and after each batch.
What you'll do
- Operate tablet coating machines (e.g., Gansons, Neocota, Bectochem, Accela Cota, etc.) as per BMR instructions. Set process parameters like inlet/outlet temperature
- Prepare coating solutions/suspensions and verify the materials used as per SOP
- Perform line clearance, cleaning, and changeover of equipment before and after each batch
- Monitor coating process for uniformity, visual defects, and adherence to quality parameters
