About the role
Operate tablet compression machines (e.g., Cadmach, Korsch, Fette, Sejong, or equivalent) as per batch requirements. Set machine parameters like punch depth, weight, and hardness according to BMR. Perform line clearance, machine cleaning, and changeover activities. Ensure smooth running of machines and monitor for tablet defects (chipping, capping, weight variation, etc.).
