About the role
As the State Manager - Farm Machinery (MH West) at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd within the Farm Division, you will hold a pivotal role in driving the success of our distributor network and overall FM sales performance. Strategically identifying and selecting optimal locations to establish distributor outlets, based on an in-depth analysis of competitor activities and emerging market opportunities, to facilitate market expansion and penetration.
What you'll do

- Ensuring the achievement and maintenance of predefined revenue targets from the distributor channel on an annual basis, aligning with broader business objectives
- Conducting thorough evaluation of diverse markets to tailor sales promotion activities aimed at boosting visibility and market share for specific products
- Providing leadership and actionable guidance to distributors to assist in their efforts to expand retail networks
- Analyzing distributor cash-flow dynamics and implementing optimized delivery and collections schemes to support financial stability and operational efficiency
