Activation, Enquiry Generation and Conversion at the Dealership/Distributor level.Coordination for Retail and Wholesale finance. Ensure Product availability and right product mix @ dealer point.

- Conduct detailed competition analysis, identify gaps at Dealer/Distributor level and designing specific action plan against competition in those markets
- Training the Dealerships/Distributors and his available manpower on Implements and selling.Enhancing dealer profitability through Farm Machinery business
- Ensure resolution of customer complains for sustainable Farm Machinery business
