About the role
A successful Head of CS should have: A professional qualification in company secretaryship (e.g., ICSI or equivalent). Experience working in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments. Proven ability to handle complex compliance, governance, and regulatory matters in a highly regulated, quality-driven environment.
What you'll do
- Oversee all corporate secretarial activities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Advise the board of directors on governance best practices and legal obligations
- Draft, review, and maintain statutory documents and records in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and manage board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
