About the role
Reporting to two different leaders (admin and functional), this role is responsible for: Collaborating with APAC R&D to develop new products and optimize manufacturing processes An idead candidate will be Bachelor's Degree holder in Engineering with atleast 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering roles.
What you'll do
- Managing end-to-end new product introduction (NPI) and transfer projects to mass production
- Designing production concepts including equipment, automation, and digitalization
- Leading process validation, documentation approval, and production line capacity planning
- Driving cross-functional problem solving, continuous improvement, and team delivery
- Leading Greenfield expansion and technology transfer activities
