About the role
Leverage CAD, CFD, ANSYS, and simulation-driven engineering to optimize product performance, reliability, and manufacturability. A successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering with 15+ years of experience in equipment design and product development .
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design and development of complex equipment such as vacuum systems, gas delivery systems, and thermal systems
- Drive product innovation, benchmarking, and technology differentiation to build globally competitive equipment
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering across mechanical, process, instrumentation, electrical, and control systems
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team while collaborating with supply chain, manufacturing, customers, and global technology partners
- Support vendor development, product validation, and technology transfer to strengthen the local engineering ecosystem
