About the role
Operations & Manufacturing Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across all plants and production units. Promote strong safety culture with focus on: PSM, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL compliance, MOC, PSSR, LOTO Engineering & Maintenance Oversee maintenance reliability and asset integrity programs. Supply Chain & Commercial Coordination Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for uninterrupted operations.
What you'll do
- Ensure achievement of production targets, plant uptime, yield, quality, and cost objectives
- Optimize manufacturing processes for productivity, efficiency, and profitability
- Develop and implement operational KPIs and performance monitoring systems
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Process Safety & EHS Ensure full compliance with process safety management systems and EHS regulations
