- Oversee daily operations of multi plant setups and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity in machining and stamping processes
- Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to drive innovation and maintain product quality standards
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising on quality
- Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
