About the role
Reporting to the Head - Projects, you will: Establish and lead the Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Operational Excellence function. Represent the organization during customer, lender, regulatory, and certification audits. Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
What you'll do
- Reporting to the Head - Projects, you will: Establish and lead the Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Operational Excellence function
- Develop and implement an Integrated Management System aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Define quality frameworks, governance structures, KPIs, and management review processes
- Drive field quality management across civil, mechanical, electrical, and SCADA project activities
- Oversee NCR management, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement programs
