What you'll do
- Lead overall plant operations to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Drive production planning, manpower management, and capacity optimization to ensure seamless manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with Sales, PPC, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to align production schedules with customer demand
- Ensure adherence to customer delivery requirements, inventory targets, and operational KPIs
- Lead preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and asset utilization programs to maximize plant uptime
