Brings 20-25 years of manufacturing leadership experience in hydraulics, automotive, heavy engineering, or allied industries.
What you'll do
- Reporting to the Business Leadership, you will: Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a state-of-the-art production facility
- Drive production performance, operational efficiency, and on-time customer delivery
- Oversee quality, maintenance, supply chain, EHS, and plant administration
- Ensure optimum capacity utilization, production planning, and resource management
- Champion Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost optimization initiatives
