About the role
A successful candidate comes with 12+ years of experience from a process manufacturing background, The individual should have strong exposure to production management, maintenance & reliability, CAPEX projects, and operational excellence , along with experience leading large shopfloor teams. Ownership of plant operations, capability building, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, utilities, CAPEX projects, and operational performance
- Drive manufacturing efficiency across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery targets
- Manage production planning, capacity utilization, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee maintenance strategy, equipment reliability, and plant improvement projects to ensure operational continuity
- Collaborate with supply chain, quality, HSE, engineering, and commercial teams to meet business requirements
