About the role
A successful Head Plant Operation should have: A degree in engineering or a related field, preferably in mechanical or industrial disciplines. Proven expertise in plant operations within the paper/packaging industry or a similar manufacturing setup. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
