About the role
We're looking for someone who has: 18+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with prior exposure to both Pharma and FMCG environments only Proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing sites and managing cross-functional teams across Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, and Plant Administration.
What you'll do
- Lead a next-gen digital pharma manufacturing site
- Lead overall site operations, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, HR, Finance, and other support functions
- Ensure full compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, quality systems, and global audit standards
- Drive productivity enhancement, process optimization, cost reduction, automation, and operational excellence initiatives
- Oversee production planning, capacity utilization, maintenance, supply chain coordination, and on-time delivery of products
