About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Technical Consultant – Client Success to join our team. In this role, you will support o9 customers post-implementation, ensuring seamless platform operations, strong customer outcomes, and high system reliability.
What you'll do
- Support o9 customers post-implementation, ensuring seamless platform operations, strong customer outcomes, and high system reliability
- Play a critical role in managing automated batch processes, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating across Support, DevOps, Product
- Ensure timely response, recovery, and resolution of batch automation disruptions while meeting customer SLAs
- Monitor and maintain smooth operations of o9’s cloud-based platform
- Work closely with DevOps and Support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
