What you'll do
- In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic customers, helping them successfully deploy, operate, and optimize their Fortify environments
- Working closely with customers, engineering, and cross-functional teams, you will drive successful adoption of Fortify solutions
- Through your technical expertise, customer focus, and commitment to excellence, you will play a key role in building long-term customer trust and success
- Be the customer’s primary point of contact for support incidents related to a specific product center during India business hours (IST)
- Develop an in-depth understanding of your customer’s environment and implementation & develop a strong working relationship with customers
