About the role
We are looking for a highly driven FSE Hiring Lead to manage large-scale, off-roll hiring of Field Sales Executives for Paytm. This role requires strong expertise in bulk hiring, vendor management, and rapid team scaling across multiple geographies. The incumbent will own hiring delivery through external partners and ensure consistent supply of quality frontline sales talent.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end bulk hiring of off-roll Field Sales Executives across PAN India
- Own the complete employee lifecycle of Field Sales Executives—from sourcing, hiring, and onboarding to engagement, performance support, employee relations
- Act as an HR Business Partner to the Sales function, partnering with business leaders to address people-related priorities and drive workforce effectiveness
- Drive hiring through multiple vendors, staffing agencies, and channel partners
- Build and manage a high-volume hiring engine (walk-ins, field drives, job camps, local activations)
