About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage business communications with onboarded merchants. The candidate will coordinate with internal business teams to receive updates, understand payment-related changes, and communicate accurate and timely information to merchants. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of financial terminology and technical skills such as SQL and Python.
What you'll do
- Receive and consolidate business updates from internal teams and communicate them to onboarded merchants
- Draft and manage merchant communications regarding payment updates, policy changes, operational changes, and service-related announcements
- Ensure communications are accurate, clear, timely, and aligned with business requirements
- Coordinate with Business, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to validate information before dissemination
- Use CRM and communication platforms such as CleverTap to manage merchant notifications and campaigns
