About the role
We work directly with merchants to understand their unique needs and provide tailored POS and QR payment solutions that drive business growth. We are seeking experienced Lead to join our South Omni Offline team. This is a field-based role where you'll be the face of PayU, building relationships with merchants and driving adoption of our offline payment solutions.
What you'll do
- Merchant Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Conduct field visits to meet prospective and existing merchants across South India
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their business needs
- Drive merchant onboarding and ensure smooth implementation of payment solutions
