About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented professional for the role of Customer Support cum Sales for Trading. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer support and a passion for the financial markets, particularly trading.
What you'll do
- Handle CITI Bank’s customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone
- Assist customers in setting up trading accounts, understanding trading platforms, and executing
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and promoting the
- Up sell trading products and services to existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities
