About the role
We are seeking an accomplished and highly driven Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic IT programs to enable business capabilities for Sales, Marketing and Finance functions. This role sits in the central IT PMO where you will own planning and delivery of high-impact cross-functional programs that span Go-To-Market, Marketing automation, Web marketing, Finance, Sales Compensation, and Partner enablement.
What you'll do
- Program Strategy & Governance
- Define, champion, and execute the programs, aligned to company-wide business objectives, Business strategy, and annual planning priorities
- Lead one or more concurrent, complex programs involving one or more of these domains - CRM, CPQ, Marketing Automation, Web Marketing, Sales Performance Management
- Champion responsible use of LLMs (e.g. Claude) in business workflows, setting guardrails for security, compliance
- Partner with IT and business teams to translate business goals (Pipeline growth, Conversion, retention, Marketing efficiency, Partner performance
