The role of the analyst will perform the following through knowledge base driven actions, on the job training and in-depth cross-training with fellow OCC peers and Sabre’s own Service Reliability engineers that will provide the following:
What you'll do
- Initiate calls for technical incidents supporting through resolution
- Support triage of incidents and service requests driven by supported knowledge bases
- Respond to incident alerts in a timely manner
- Support day-to-day activities following documented work instructions using pre-defined process, procedures and operational tasks
- Adhere to operational directives and comply with organizational policies
