Technical Product Support Specialist I

About the role

The team is looking for Business Analysts with the Global Distribution System and/or travel industry background. The main duties consist of delivering high-quality support to Airlines and Agency customers with issues related to Pricing, Shopping, Taxes, Currency, Ancillaries, including some revenue generator products such as Agency Retailer, Agency Managed Commission, Direct Fares Filing.

• Supporting development and marketing staff by assisting with functionality questions, addressing testing issues
