About the role
Lead and manage the Technical Services team responsible for providing technical solutions and product approvals for Sika admixtures across key customers, including ready-mix concrete producers, contractors and precast manufacturers.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor and develop the Technical Services team to deliver high-quality technical support and customer solutions
- Drive product approvals with new and existing customers in collaboration with Sales teams to support business growth
- Understand customer and project requirements and guide the team in developing appropriate product and technical solutions
- Provide technical direction on concrete mix design, product optimization and performance improvement
- Oversee laboratory testing related to concrete, aggregates and cement, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely completion
