About the role
We are looking for an experienced AMC Sales Executive to drive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales, manage renewals, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships.
What you'll do
- Manage the existing AMC database covering 200+ sites across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai
- Contact clients 45 days before AMC expiry to initiate renewal discussions
- Visit housing societies, builders, developers, and facility managers for renewal meetings
- Identify parking systems and lifts operating without AMC, under free warranty, or covered by competitors
- Convert breakdown calls and one-time service calls into annual maintenance contracts
