About the role
We are looking for a Director to build Professional Services into a high-quality, commercially sustainable function that delivers stronger customer outcomes. You will define the services, pricing, and delivery model, lead a focused consulting team, and oversee audit delivery partnerships. Insights from customers, delivery teams, and auditors will also help improve Sprinto’s product.
What you'll do
- Define the services, pricing, and delivery model, lead a focused consulting team, and oversee audit delivery partnerships
- Establish when Professional Services should be introduced into an account and when the customer should work with an independent external provider
- Build repeatable delivery methods without reducing complex compliance work to a checklist
- Create a model that is chargeable and commercially sensible while keeping customer and compliance outcomes at its centre
- Develop the team structure, capability plan, utilization model, and quality standards needed to scale the function
