About the role
The Pursuit Specialist supports strategic business development efforts across the Water business operating unit in North America by developing high-impact proposals and communications that highlight the firm’s technical expertise, experience, and creative approach.
What you'll do
- Support proposal writing, coordination, strategy, and development efforts for a wide range of services and business sectors
- Prepare thoughtful, engaging, and visually compelling proposals, qualifications, and promotional materials
- Collaborate closely with technical staff and leadership to translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive messaging
- Coordinate with business development leaders to support strategic pursuit planning and competitive positioning
- Participate in client development and account management efforts, including positioning and pursuit planning
