About the role
The Manager, Business Unit Operations Management, is responsible for the management and delivery of operational activity within the assigned TBU. Provides coordination and support of processes and functions related to the delivery of a program or portfolio of clinical studies with oversight of senior team members.
What you'll do
- Supports senior team members in the implementation of global project management systems and processes to increase efficiency, as directed
- Provides support to leadership in performance improvement, operational efficiencies
- Assist in the development of contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to ensure success of the Project Management Function
- May assist in the development and refinement of project management processes within the Company, using established process modeling techniques
- May provide project oversight, and ensure the project or studies are conducted to reflect the therapeutic or client specific requirements
