What you'll do
- Provide overarching strategic direction, vision, and governance for the entire PGMS team and execution agencies
- Monitor overall project cash flows, approve major financial disbursements, and oversee cost-control measures
- Evaluate and authorize major contract variations, escalations, claims, and time extension (EOT) requests
- Maintain direct communication lines with top-tier officials in the Ministry of Railways, Railway Board, and State Government
- Oversee the final, high-level integration testing and trial runs of rolling stock, signaling, and traction systems
