- Enforce strict adherence to RDSO specifications, Indian Railway Technical Standards, and international Safety Integrity Level (SIL-4) benchmarks
- Supervise the seamless integration of modern indoor equipment (Axle counters, Relays, IPS) with outdoor trackside assets (Signals, Point machines)
- Manage the physical installation, cable laying, and fitment of S&T equipment across stations, block sections, and depots
- Coordinate critical, overlapping dependencies between S&T networks and Civil works (station buildings
