The position of Senior Project Director is the key position in these BIDs.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day progress across multiple massive engineering contract packages (Civil, Track, Signaling, and Traction)
- Monitor project master schedules, identify critical path delays, and enforce recovery plans on lagging contractors
- Manage contract conditions strictly, processing contractor claims, variations, and Extension of Time (EOT) requests for the CPD's final approval
- Validate monthly progress bills, invoice milestones, and cost-to-complete forecasts across packages
- Maintain regular operational reporting and alignment with Chief Engineers and project managers from the client side (e.g., RVNL, DFCCIL, Metro Corporations)
