About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations for International Holiday Packages. The ideal candidate will have strong destination knowledge across Europe, Far East, and the Middle East, along with hands-on experience in supplier coordination and booking management to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end sales and operations for international holiday packages, from lead handling to booking closure and post-booking support
- Engage with leads generated via the portal, understand customer requirements, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Design and customize holiday packages, including itineraries, hotels, and experiences, aligned with customer preferences and budget
- Conduct hotel price comparisons and recommend optimal options to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with hotels and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to ensure seamless booking execution and on-ground service delivery
