About the role
We are seeking a travel consultant—series/group bookings—to manage end-to-end domestic and international group travel operations. The role involves handling group air bookings, coordinating with airlines and suppliers, managing ticketing timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of series and group movements.
What you'll do
- Handle end-to-end series/group air bookings for domestic and international sectors
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers for group fares, seat blocks, confirmations, and ticketing deadlines
- Manage group PNR creation, modifications, cancellations, and ticket issuance
- Monitor booking timelines, payment schedules, ticketing queues, and airline confirmations
- Negotiate and coordinate for group fare requests, waivers, and special approvals
