About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our Real Estate Group. The role involves handling customer queries, managing property-related documentation, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams, and providing an excellent customer service experience throughout the sales and post-sales process.
What you'll do
- Customer Interaction & Query Resolution
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins)
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding projects, pricing, documentation, and possession
- Address complaints and ensure quick resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience
