About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager - Civil to support the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The role involves overseeing site operations, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and driving timely project completion within budget.
What you'll do
- Project Execution & Site Management
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
- Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve site-related challenges
