About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior QS & Billing Manager to lead quantity surveying, project billing, commercial management, cost control, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination for large-scale construction projects. The role will be responsible for maximizing project profitability, ensuring timely revenue realization, managing contractual risks, and driving commercial excellence across project lifecycles.
What you'll do
- Quantity Surveying & Cost Management
- Lead quantity take-offs, BOQ reviews, and quantity reconciliation activities
- Review project scope, drawings, specifications, and identify commercial risks and opportunities
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-completion estimates
- Conduct value engineering exercises to optimize project costs
