About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) & Billing Engineer to manage quantity estimation, client and subcontractor billing, cost monitoring, rate analysis, and commercial documentation for construction projects. The incumbent will ensure accurate measurement, timely certification, cost control, and compliance with contractual requirements while supporting project profitability and efficient project execution.
What you'll do
- Quantity Surveying & Estimation
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
- Verify executed quantities and maintain measurement sheets for all project activities
- Conduct rate analysis for extra items, variations, and change orders
- Review BOQs and identify quantity deviations during project execution
