About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) & Billing Engineer to oversee project billing, quantity surveying, cost control, contract administration, and commercial management activities for construction projects. The role involves ensuring accurate measurement, timely billing, effective cost monitoring, and compliance with contractual requirements while supporting project profitability and successful project delivery.
What you'll do
- Quantity Surveying & Estimation
- Prepare and verify quantity take-offs from drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
- Conduct quantity reconciliation and monitor variations during project execution
- Review project scope and identify quantity deviations, change orders, and additional works
- Prepare detailed rate analyses for extra items and variations
