Candidates having experience in Residential, Commercial Buildings/ Office Buildings will get precedence. Having awareness of various IS codes. Reading drawings thoroughly and taking out quantities from Hardcopy or AutoCAD drawings. Having thorough knowledge in Kolkata market price trend of materials and labours for various items.
What you'll do
- Handling Contract documents, BG and WCP, Challan & Invoices, Material Inspection checklist, Quality checklist, Pour cards, other statutory documents etc
